Week 1: Progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness of breath

In this session you will learn how to distress and relax the body instantly and prepare for the foundation of mindfulness, mindful breathing.

Week 2: Introduction to  body can

Once you have anchored yourself to mindful breathing, you will then learn how to bring your awareness to the body.

Week 3: Body scan continued

In this session, you will learn advanced body scanning.

Week 4: Awareness of emotions

Having learnt how to be aware of sensations in the body, we’ll then educate you on how to observe emotions and deal with negative issues.
