Mindful life and thrive 6 week coaching program

In this program Coco will guide you through the foundations of mindfulness practice which you will use to create the life you want to live, the program includes:

  • 6 x 1 on 1 online mindfulness consultations.
  •  weekly downloadable assignments.
  •  follow up email support.
  •  ongoing support throughout the program.
  • access to a private mailing list for additional content.
  • access to a monthly private meditation group.

This program is designed to use mindfulness as a catalyst for a lifestyle change. The program aims to establish a healthy foundation for the practice, looking at the social, emotional, and intellectual foundations needed for a healthy and consistent mindfulness and meditation practice. Finally, using the skills you have developed in the program  you will design the life you want to live.
